Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States only.
Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on every order.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1-3 business days.
- Transit: 4-7 business days.
- Total estimated delivery: 7-10 business days from the date of your order.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs processing can add time. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or US public holidays.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the first scan.
Where your order ships from
Our products are prepared and shipped from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Asia. There are no additional duties or import fees for US customers on this product.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email support@kneluma.com immediately; we can update the address until the order has been prepared for shipment. We are not able to change an address once the parcel is with the carrier, and we cannot refund orders that are undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us at support@kneluma.com and we will open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you in full.
